A start-up engineering firm has invested £2.8m in a new commercial vehicle venture, including a manufacturing facility in Co Antrim, creating 46 new jobs.  MAW Engineering’s 57,000 sq ft facility in Toome will manufacture and assemble the products.

Economic development agency Invest NI has offered £322,000 to MAW Engineering to create the new roles including finance manager, store, administration and HR roles. The company is led by Mark Cuskeran, the former boss of SDC Trailers which is also based in Toome.
